Why BUNGEE PHYSIO®
BUNGEE PHYSIO® offers an extensive Bungee Fitness Instructor Training program. Over the past eight years, we have successfully trained thousands of Bungee instructors, drawing upon the robust training and knowledge base established by our founder, a qualified physiotherapist.
The founder, a physiotherapist from South Korea, will personally come to Hong Kong to lead the instructor training course. They will share the philosophy of BUNGEE PHYSIO® and offer a 1:1 balance of theory and practical skills. This includes techniques for Bungee skills, theories of human movement, and various teaching methods.
